Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to refund or exchange.

Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you. 

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card excluding the original shipping costs. In the event that you need an exchange, you will get a tracking number for the new item.

If you received free shipping and your return brings the order total below $100, HARMONY MAFIA's cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
