Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information.
All orders over $100 qualify for free domestic shipping to addresses within the United States.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority.
The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:
- Domestic: USPS Priority / 3 – 5 business days
- International: UPS World Expedited / 3 – 5 business days.
Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Once we deliver the package to USPS, we are not responsible to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. If a package is marked as delivered and you have not seen it, please contact USPS.
